Vegan burgers!

These burgers are the easiest, cheapest and without a doubt one of the tastiest I've ever eaten. I highly recommend you to try this recipe out. It's gonna be worth it, I promise!
So, without further ado, here you have a list of ingredients that you're gonna need to make 4 delicious burgers:

  •   4 buns of your choice (home-made are obviously the best option, but you do what you can!)
  •   1 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  •  1 big onion 
  •  2 cloves or garlic
  •  3 tbsp of vegetable oil (if you want to make it a low fat burgers, you can replace oil with water, but by my opinion it tastes way better when you add a bit of oil)
  •  spices and herbs of your choice: I used salt, pepper, cayenne paprika, coconut sugar, oregano and spices for burgers 
Firstly you need to cook oats with 2 1/2 cups of water until oats soak all the water. Then leave it for about 20 mins to cool down a bit. Meanwhile oats are cooling down, fry onion with garlic using a vegetable oil, after it's done mix it with oats and add species of your choice. Let it cool down for another 15 mins. Now all you need to do is to form burgers using you hands and fry them using a bit of oil. When your burgers are all done, place them in the buns and add some additions of your choice. I didn't have many options availabe so I went only for ketchup, mustard, fresh arugola and tomatoes; but you can use whatever you want to, be creative :)
